Delegate Westfall moved to amend the bill on page two (2), section six (6), line eighteen (18), after “teacher”, by inserting a comma and adding “as defined by West Virginia Code §18-1-1(g),”; And

On page two (2), section six (6), line eighteen (18), after “or”, by striking the words “or convicted of” and inserting a comma and adding “of”;

And

On line nineteen (19) after “offender”, by adding “or of any criminal offense which has as an element the distribution of a controlled substance”.
